Daisy group completes sales negotiations with NEG MBO Two
Daisy group has completed the acquisition of NEG MBO Two for £23.5 million.
Sales negotiations between business telecoms company Daisy and NEG MBO Two have come to and end after the former company completed the acquisition of the healthcare communications provider for £23.5 million.
This latest move by the Lancashire-based enterprise follows its £27.3 million buy-out of business communications firm Spiritel last month.
Commenting on the acquisition, Daisy chief executive said: "Through this acquisition, we have acquired a large market opportunity and the potential to drive new verticals for the group."
He added the move will allow the company to provide its enlarged customer base with a unified and full business communications package.
Earlier this week, specialist UBS analyst in mergers and acquisitions Dan Stillit said his firm is confident there will be an increase in the amount of deals taking place over the next 12 months.
