Increase in business negotiations in IT sector?
The government's ICT strategy may lead to greater opportunities for some companies.
There may be a rise in the number of business negotiations taking place in the IT sector next year, if the findings of one report are anything to go by.

"The favoured sectors that will attract a premium are those that support and embrace cloud-based solutions, while diagnostic software is particularly important to understand changes in customer behaviour," said Conor Cahill, technology corporate finance partner at Deloitte.
Last week, British telecoms company Daisy completed business negotiations that saw it acquire the healthcare communications provider NEG MBO Two for £23.5 million, which follows its £27.3 million buy-out of business communications firm Spiritel in November.
