DWF and Buller Jeffries announce merger
Buller Jeffries and DWF are to merge.
Corporate law enterprise DWF and insurance firm Buller Jeffries have revealed they are to merge.
This process is predicted to establish the Midlands as an important region for legal services.
Buller Jeffries is scheduled to become formally incorporated into DWF on May 1st, following business negotiations between the two firms.
A tie-up between the organisations is forecasted to improve DWF's presence within Birmingham - where it operates from Colmore Plaza - as well as strengthen its position as a leading insurance law provider.
Managing partner for DWF Andrew Leaitherland said there is a clear synergy between the two enterprises, pointing out they have a "shared work ethic and values",
"As such, the union will certainly serve to further strengthen our offering for our client base," he added.
Buller Jeffries senior partner Roger Coates said the groups are a "natural fit" with each other.
A combination between the two will be "good for our people and good for our clients", he added.
