Evenbase acquires Jobrapido
Evenbase has acquired Jobrapido.
Evenbase has confirmed it has acquired Jobrapido.
The deal, which could have been supported with merger and acquisition consultants, has resulted in Evenbase becoming one of the top five digital recruitment companies in the world by enhancing its brand portfolio.
This already includes Broadbean, OilCareers and Jobsite.
Chief executive of the firm Keith Potts remarked: "I'm absolutely delighted to secure such an asset for the group."
Jobrapido chief executive Vito Lomele said he is convinced his organisation could not have found a better partner to help it in consolidating its global reach.
Under the terms of the acquisition, day-to-day business in Jobrapido will not change, with the company retaining its own management team, identity and employees.
It will be led by Mr Lomele and integrated into Evenbase's New Ventures division.
Evenbase was set up in 1995 through the creation of Jobsite.co.uk, which has now become one of the largest internet recruitment sites in the UK.
