Graffiti Entertainment and Signature Devices approve merger
Graffiti Entertainment and Signature Devices are to merge.
After discussions that may have involved the use of negotiation techniques, Signature Devices and Graffiti Entertainment have agreed to merge.
Chief executive officer of both enterprises Mart van der Velde is spearheading a strategic realignment that it is hoped will help the businesses expand in international markets.
Graffiti Entertainment, which publishes a number of media products and is based in California's Redwood City, was originally spun out of Signature Devices.
"We are now deploying our team in the best possible way to earn increased revenues, open new markets and develop and market new software products," Mr van der Velde said.
He claimed his company has already demonstrated that it can produce "award-winning titles" and now has the structure in place to achieve the retail results it needs.
Signature Devices has produced content for a range of leading video games publishers, including SNK Playmore, Electronic Arts, Expresso Fitness and Crytek.
