ScienceOps acquired by Acquisio

Acqusio has bought ScienceOps.

Acquisio has completed business negotiations with ScienceOps and has purchased the firm.

It described the acquisition as an "incredible addition" to its optimisation tool portfolio, pointing out ScienceOps was the innovator responsible for the "groundbreaking Google Display Network optimisation tool AdMetrica".

As a result of this transaction, Acquisio should be able to boost its offerings to companies that manage search, social and display campaigns, the business added.

AdMetrica has consistently shown that it can increase the amount of conversions large advertisers realise through the Google Display Network and has effectively reduced the typical cost-per-acquisition, Acquisio added.

Furthermore, the enterprise has secured an investment from Fonds de solidarite and Tandem Expansion, which should assist it in completing its growth strategy.

Merger and acquisition advisors could be necessary for the future of Acquisio, as it revealed it intends to purchase other organisations.

"We believe Acquisio is a platform that will continue to grow its offering and answer the needs of the complex online advertising market," Tandem Expansion managing partner Andre Gauthier said.
