MicroAccounting Solutions and xkzero to merge
MicroAccounting Solutions and xkzero have revealed they intend to merge.
MicroAccounting Solutions is to merge with xkzero, creating a world-class support and service group.
The two firms are Sage enterprise resource planning (ERP) business partners and the tie-up - which merger and acquisition consultants could support - will create one of the US' largest Sage Select resellers.
Both companies will use their existing names going forward, with the xkzero brand utilised for application development and programming to international consumers and the MicroAccounting Solutions used for value-added reseller services in Chicago and Dallas.
While xkzero focuses on ERP enhancement applications and solutions for custom software, which it both develops and consults on, MicroAccounting Solutions specialises in helping organisations boost productivity and minimise costs, serving more than 1,000 Sage ERP clients and becoming one of Sage's biggest US partners.
"Having partnered with xkzero for many years, this is a natural pairing of the two premier organizations serving Sage ERP users across the country," MicroAccounting Solutions co-founder Bill Harris said.
The merger is scheduled to become effective from September 1st.
