Axia Group reveals Collagenna Skin Care merger talks

Collagenna Skin Care Products is in merger talks.

Axia Group Collagenna Skin Care Products has revealed it is in business negotiations with an existing e-commerce retailer dealing with supplements and vitamins.

These discussions relate to a proposed merger between the brands and the management of Axia Group has agreed that this requires a public release.

Chief executive officer of Axia Group Michael Arnkvarn said this potential tie-up is part of his firm's strategy to augment its presence in the US and boost its revenues.

With the right marketing, the e-commerce superstore will be able to increase Axia's sales margins by selling a wide range of its products, generating an important income for the company, he remarked.

"I personally have a lot of knowledge about the supplement and vitamin industry and we would plan to offer our own product line as well as brand names on the site," Mr Arnkvarn asserted.

Collagenna Skin Care Products is currently in the process of developing a product for the care of problematic, irritated or dry skin through advanced hydrating technology.
