NEAEG and Grays Appliance announce merger
Gray's Appliance and NEAEG are to merge.
Gray's Appliance has announced the details of its partnership with the NEAG.
Melrose business Gray's Appliance has announced the details of its business negotiations with the New England Appliance & Electronics Group (NEAG), resulting in a partnership between the two organisations.
This will help the household and appliance parts retailer expand its operation across the north Boston region, it claimed.
NEAG is a major conglomerate group incorporating over 125 dealerships and retailers, offering expanded logistics and warehousing options as well as providing over $40 million (£25.5 million) worth of stock.
Gray's Appliance operations manager Brian Moore expressed his excitement at the new partnership and claimed it will offer a number of benefits to the firm.
"It provides us with a unique opportunity to better serve our customers, offer lower prices and compete in the Greater Boston area appliance market," he added.
The household goods retailer offers a number of services to customers, including an extended warranty programme and professional delivery and installation for bulky goods.
