Soliatis and Raisonance confirm merger
Soliatis and Raisonance have merged to form Keolabs.
Business negotiations between Soliatis and Raisonance have resulted in a merger between the two firms.
This fusion has produced an organisation called Keolabs, which will provide development and testing tools to the microelectronics sector.
It will also enable one single entity to certify, validate and examine secure components and smart-cards from end to end.
Keolabs president Michael Leplatois said the merger is a "long-term strategic move" and combining the services and products of the two organisations in an "intuitive and optimised" manner will enable the needs of customers to be met.
The deal will also boost the potential of the firms though "cost structure improvements and synergies", he continued.
It will be based in the French area of Montbonnot, but the company will maintain a presence in Salon De Provence.
Raisonance was initially founded in 1988 and was located in the Alpine district of Grenoble - defined by the business as "one of Europe's most prominent high-tech hubs".
