Leaders makes Lakeside Management acquisition

17 May 2012

Sussex-based firm Leaders has confirmed it has acquired the property management and letting portfolio of East Grinstead enterprise Lakeside Management, which may have required a range of skills including negotiation techniques.

This deal has made Leaders the town's largest letting specialist, enabling landlords to access a wide market coverage, as well as providing tenants with the area's largest range of available residences.

No other letting agency in the region will be able to meet Leaders' level of experience, local expertise and coverage, the company remarked.

Leaders has been operating in East Grinstead since 2006 and in Sussex since 1983.

Lettings manager of the organisation's East Grinstead operations Nikkie McNaughton welcomed all of the landlords and tenants that have joined the group due to the acquisition.

"Although we are a growing business, we are still very much a family run firm, with the same ethos of providing a very personal, local service," she declared.

The business claims the private rented sector is particularly strong at present, with supply being outstripped by demand.
