Adroit management approves mining camp purchases
Adroit Resources is progressing with the purchase of more mining camps located in Canada.
Executives at mining for Adroit Resources have confirmed a deal that will see it increase the size of its mining camps in Canada.
The company is purchasing nine claims close to its existing properties in Shinning Tree and Timmins south, close to Ontario.
The deal, which is likely to have been overseen by specialist merger and acquisition consultants, will increase Adroit's total real estate in the area to 361 sq km.
It will be financed by a consideration of 200,000 common Adroit shares, subject to a four-month trading hold period. However, the transaction needs to be accepted by the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture before it can be concluded.
In addition to the 100 per cent interest in nine claims, Adroit is also purchasing 52 claims units, measuring a total of 832 hectares.
Gold and other natural resources can be found in the country and Adroit already has extensive operations across Canada, as well as a presence in Italy.
