Dealbug.com and YourBestDeals.com merge

A merger between Dealbug.com and YourBestDeals.com has occurred.

05 September 2012

YourBestDeals.com and Dealbug.com have merged their operations, following the use of business negotiation techniques between the enterprises.

The deal should boost YourBestDeals.com's market reach in Kansas City, while Dealbug.com has begun to offer products and promotions through the merged entity.

Local businesses work with YourBestDeals.com to develop customised marketing campaigns through an analysis of their requirements and the firm is headquartered in California's Thousand Oaks district.

Dealbug.com donates a proportion of every subscriber purchase to non-profit organisations that are located nearby - such as charities, schools or other groups - and has been working to provide good-value transactions to the public since August 2010.

Founder and president of Dealbug.com Matthew Kirk pointed out it was not easy to determine the next steps his company was to take.

He said that a tie-up with YourBestDeals.com is the "perfect merger for us long-term".

"Dealbug becoming a part of the YourBestDeals family just makes sense," the representative added.
