Good Technology agrees to acquire Copiun
Good Technology and Copiun have signed an acquisition agreement.
Good Technology appears to have completed business negotiations with Copiun, as Good has signed an agreement to acquire the firm.
This should result in Good's collaboration solutions portfolio combining with the secure data synching and mobile file sharing technologies offered by Copiun, enabling workers to share, sync and access corporate information from anywhere in the world and at any time.
The firms did not disclose the financial terms of the deal that were agreed on during contract negotiations.
Copiun is located in Massachusetts and is funded by RRE Ventures and Novak Biddle Venture Partners.
Good Technology has more than 4,000 organisations in its client base, including firms from the telecommunications, government, legal, manufacturing and healthcare sectors.
"We are pleased to join Good Technology's leadership in enabling employees to access business-critical information using the growing number of mobile devices entering today's global enterprise workforce," chief executive officer and president of Good Technology King Lee said.
